Duties
- Greet
customers warmly and take their orders accurately
- Prepare
and serve food and beverages according to established standards
- Maintain
cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and kitchen stations
- Restock
supplies and ensure food presentation meets quality standards
- Follow
health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and
guests
- Handle
cash register operations and process transactions efficiently
- Assist
in opening or closing duties as assigned
- Collaborate
with team members to deliver exceptional service
Qualifications
- Prior
experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not
required
- Strong
communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability
to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic
math skills for handling transactions
- Ability
to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 25 pounds)
- Flexibility
to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
