with customers over the phone and via email, demonstrating excellent phone
etiquette.
- Perform
data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records and sales
information.
- Utilize
upselling techniques to promote additional products and services that meet
customer needs.
- Analyze
customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and improve service
delivery.
- Collaborate
with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer
satisfaction.
- Maintain
a thorough understanding of our product offerings to effectively
communicate features and benefits.
Experience
- Proven
experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Strong
data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent
communication skills - written and verbal.
- Ability
to analyze information and provide solutions based on customer needs.
- Prior
experience in upselling or cross-selling products is beneficial.
