Responsibilities
- Supervise
and coordinate daily office activities, ensuring operational efficiency
- Oversee
front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and visitor
management
- Manage
human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development,
and employee records
- Handle
payroll processing and bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting
software
- Maintain
organized filing systems for documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Manage
vendor relationships, including procurement and service agreements
- Assist
with budgeting and financial planning to support office needs
- Ensure
proper phone etiquette and professional communication with clients,
vendors, and staff
- Support
team management by organizing schedules, meetings, and office events
- Implement
policies for office safety, cleanliness, and organization
Experience
- Proven
experience in office management or administrative roles with strong
clerical background
- Supervising
experience preferred; ability to lead and motivate team members
- Proficiency
in QuickBooks or comparable accounting software for payroll and
bookkeeping tasks
- Experience
managing front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge
of human resources processes including onboarding, training, and employee
relations
- Strong
organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, documentation,
and vendor management
- Excellent
communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability
to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with budgeting and financial oversight is advantageous
