What You'll Be Doing
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve workstation, server, and network issues
- Respond to and manage support tickets according to service level agreements
- Assist with setup, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software
- Configure and support Microsoft 365 and cloud-based applications
- Document solutions and maintain accurate records of work performed
- Work
as part of a team to deliver exceptional service to our customers
What You Bring
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Valid G License and access to reliable transportation for occasional travel
- Excellent communication skills—verbal and written
- A
problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn
Preferred:
- College diploma or university degree in IT or related field
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA A+/Network+, or Cisco
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Familiarity with MSP tools and ticketing systems
