Education
College diploma or other non-university certificate from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
Experience
2 years to less than 3 years of relevant administrative or office coordination experience, preferably within the construction industry.
Work Setting
Construction environment — supporting project managers, supervisors, and office staff in day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities

Open and distribute mail, correspondence, and materials.

Plan, prioritize, and organize daily operations and schedules.

Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.

Answer and redirect telephone calls and electronic inquiries.

Compile data, statistics, and reports as needed.

Respond to employee questions, requests, and complaints with professionalism.

Order and maintain office supplies and inventory levels.

Greet and direct visitors to appropriate contacts or service areas.

Establish, update, and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.

Perform data entry and maintain records accurately.

Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners.

Manage and maintain digital databases and administrative systems.

Follow up with clients after sales or service delivery to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
