Education

College diploma or other non-university certificate from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.


Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of relevant administrative or office coordination experience, preferably within the construction industry.


Work Setting

Construction environment — supporting project managers, supervisors, and office staff in day-to-day administrative operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Open and distribute mail, correspondence, and materials.

  • Plan, prioritize, and organize daily operations and schedules.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.

  • Answer and redirect telephone calls and electronic inquiries.

  • Compile data, statistics, and reports as needed.

  • Respond to employee questions, requests, and complaints with professionalism.

  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory levels.

  • Greet and direct visitors to appropriate contacts or service areas.

  • Establish, update, and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.

  • Perform data entry and maintain records accurately.

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners.

  • Manage and maintain digital databases and administrative systems.

  • Follow up with clients after sales or service delivery to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
