Duties

  • Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently

  • Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data

  • Conduct bank reconciliations on a regular basis to verify account balances

  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting

  • Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies and provide solutions

  • Prepare payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with regulations

  • Generate financial reports for management review, including profit and loss statements

  • Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.

  • Experience with payroll processing is a plus

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports effectively

  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders

  • Knowledge of budgeting processes is beneficial
