Duties
Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently
Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
Conduct bank reconciliations on a regular basis to verify account balances
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies and provide solutions
Prepare payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with regulations
Generate financial reports for management review, including profit and loss statements
Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process
Qualifications
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
Experience with payroll processing is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports effectively
Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
Knowledge of budgeting processes is beneficial
