Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing and Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare, review, and process invoices in a timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions.

  • Assist with data entry, inventory management, and other clerical duties.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Use company software to manage orders, update inventory, and track shipments.

  • Warehouse Operations:

  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.

  • Organize and store inventory in the warehouse, ensuring items are correctly labeled and easy to locate.

  • Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling.

  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.

  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or operations role is preferred.

  • Proficiency with invoicing software and other computer applications (e.g., MS Office).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20 lbs).

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
