Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing and Administrative Tasks:
Prepare, review, and process invoices in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Assist with data entry, inventory management, and other clerical duties.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Use company software to manage orders, update inventory, and track shipments.
Warehouse Operations:
Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
Organize and store inventory in the warehouse, ensuring items are correctly labeled and easy to locate.
Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling.
Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or operations role is preferred.
Proficiency with invoicing software and other computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20 lbs).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
