Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Handle payroll processing and bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
Implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.
Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and deposits.
Utilize retail math skills for pricing strategies and inventory assessments.
Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership practices.
Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred for enhanced customer interaction.
Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
Familiarity with budgeting, pricing strategies, and inventory control practices.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff alike.
Experience in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining store presentation standards.
