Core Requirements:

  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong numerical aptitude for financial tasks

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other admin tools

  • Comfort working in a warehouse/production environment and handling logistics paperwork

  • Experience in a client-facing or vendor communication role

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate timely and accurate processing of all shipments

  • Troubleshoot and resolve shipment discrepancies or errors

  • Prepare and issue invoices, customs paperwork, and related documents

  • Handle documentation for customs clearance and compliance (e.g., bills of lading, certificates of origin, commercial invoices)

  • Support warehouse handling and shipment organization as needed

  • Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift

  • Monday to Friday (morning shift)
