Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication and Support – Provide timely, courteous and professional responses to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels (written and verbal correspondence)

  • Issue Resolution and Ownership – Take full ownership of customers concerns, ensuring resolution is achieved efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction issues

  • Documentation and Record Keeping – Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer service actions and discussions

  • Workflow and Prioritization – Organize and manage daily tasks and projects effectively, ensuring service priorities and deadlines are consistently met

  • Teamwork and Collaboration – Work together with internal teams (Sales, Production, Quality, Scheduling, Finance) to address complex issues and enhance overall service delivery

  • Subject Matter Expertise - Maintain a working knowledge of all company products, services and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Education/Experience

  • 5 years of proven customer service experience

  • Prior experience in printing, packaging or manufacturing environment preferred

Skills

  • Basic computer skills - MS Office Suite

  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools

  • Strong client-facing communication skills

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Detail Oriented

  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices/Good Documentation Practices and Standards of Procedures will be considered an asset
