Plant ID skills
Ability and stamina to work a physically demanding job in a variety of weather conditions
A reliable way to get to the yard each morning (located within the city of Peterborough)
Have your own steel-toe work boots, work gloves and rain gear
G Driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to work somewhat flexible hours (we generally start at the same time each day but end time can depend on the job)
An interest in learning about horticulture and garden
