Spring/Summer Job Description:
Commercial Grounds Maintenance
Cutting grass with push mowers, hand trimmers and drivable lawn tractors.
Weeding and cleaning gardens.
Special projects and tasks, example; outdoor property restoration or tree removal or garden planting or interlocking installation.
Maintaining equipment on a daily basis.
Being a team player and self accountable.
Planting and changing over gardens season to season.
Spring and fall clean up of properties.
Removing debris and dead plant/tree life from properties.
Driving with a trailer (not daily or mandatory). Training can be provided but experience is a plus.
Heavy Equipment Operating (some)
Potential Winter Job Description
Using various snow removal/pushing equipment (loaders, gators, tractors, trucks with plow, shovel etc...).
Hand shoveling and salting.
Minimum 4 nights of site safety/spots checks weekly.
Working long hours during snow storms.
Must have experience and valid G drivers License.
Job Requirements
Valid G drivers license
Some experience in the industry
Clean criminal background check
Clean drivers abstract
Ability to work well as a team
