Key Responsibilities:
Full care and maintenance of gardens, flower beds, shrubs, and lawns
Pruning, planting, weeding, fertilizing, mulching, and seasonal cleanups
Tree care, including trimming, health assessments, and safe removal of dead or hazardous limbs
Lawn maintenance: mowing, edging, aeration, and irrigation management
Landscape planning and small design projects (e.g., flower bed layout, seasonal planting plans)
Use and maintenance of outdoor tools and machinery (trimmers, chainsaws, lawn mowers, etc.)
Identifying and managing pests, diseases, and soil health
Ensuring property grounds are clean, safe, and visually appealing year-round
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in gardening, landscaping, and tree care
Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, shrubs, and trees suitable for the local climate
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize seasonal tasks
Physical stamina and comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
Familiarity with safe use of gardening and tree-care equipment
Basic landscape design or planning skills a plus
Valid driver's license preferred
