What You’ll Do:
Greet and check in patients professionally and warmly
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
Maintain and update accurate patient medical records
Process billing, insurance claims, and referrals
Coordinate administrative tasks to support doctors and medical staff
Ensure confidentiality and uphold patient privacy standards
What You Bring:
Experience in a medical office or similar setting preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in using medical office software and Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of ophthalmology terminology is a bonus (not required)
French not required
