Key Responsibilities:

Content and Social Media Management:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of a social media strategy that reflects Volt Raceway’s brand voice and marketing objectives.

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social platforms to ensure a consistent and compelling online presence.

  • Write and design marketing materials including social media posts, email newsletters, blog entries, and promotional content.

  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to refine content strategies and improve engagement and reach.

  • Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, identifying content trends, and fostering brand interaction.

  • Oversee and maintain the Volt Raceway website, including product listings, updating content and imagery, and enhancing overall user experience.

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness, identify trends, and guide future strategy for improved engagement and reach.

Event Marketing and Support:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Events Manager to develop marketing plans for events.

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure successful event execution.

  • Create and manage event-specific marketing materials and campaigns to maximize attendance and engagement.

  • Reach out to businesses to promote Volt Raceway and explore advertising opportunities.

  • Act as the face of Volt Raceway in sales presentations and community events.

Marketing Strategy and Implementation:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies that support Volt Raceway’s business goals.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

  • Support the monitoring and analysis of marketing performance metrics to help refine strategies and improve ROI.

  • Provide input on marketing budgets and support cost-effective execution of strategies.

Brand Management:

  • Support the implementation of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.

  • Assist in reviewing marketing and promotional materials to ensure alignment with established brand standards.

  • Help execute loyalty programs designed to increase customer retention and engagement, following direction and strategy set by management.


Tools & Platforms:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite and WordPress.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a marketing and/or social media management role preferably in the entertainment industry.

  • Strong creative skills and ability to develop compelling artwork for various media.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.

  • Hands-on experience in event coordination and vendor management.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
