Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our day-to-day office operations. This individual will play a key role in organizing events, supervising staff, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings

  • Direct and motivate staff to ensure optimal team performance

  • Establish and implement office policies and procedures

  • Plan, develop, and execute recruitment strategies

  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately

  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner

  • Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information

  • Order and manage office supply inventory

  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely processing

  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and reports

  • Conduct basic research to support business activities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders

  • Consult with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support


Qualifications:
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent

  • 1 year of relevant administrative experience

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office software

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
