Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our day-to-day office operations. This individual will play a key role in organizing events, supervising staff, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings

Direct and motivate staff to ensure optimal team performance

Establish and implement office policies and procedures
-
Plan, develop, and execute recruitment strategies
-
Answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately
-
Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner
-
Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information

Order and manage office supply inventory
-
Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely processing
-
Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and reports
-
Conduct basic research to support business activities

Perform accurate and timely data entry

Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders

Consult with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support
Qualifications:
-
Secondary school diploma or equivalent
-
1 year of relevant administrative experience
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office software
-
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
