Responsibilities of the Rogers Customer Support Associate:
Work with the sales & Rogers Customer Support Associate team to facilitate the full sales delivery process through direct interactions
Educate consumers on the benefits and pros of Rogers Communications products and services
Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing Rogers Communications customers by fostering long-term relationships
Assist the sales and marketing teams in analyzing new trends in consumer habits and general market shifts to maximize sales opportunities
Track and report on individual and team performance to meet and exceed Rogers Communications business standards
Engage with a team-family environment that emphasizes leadership and personal development
Provide feedback to leadership & the Rogers Customer Support Associate team and participate to improve sales, marketing, and customer service practices
Requirements for the Rogers Customer Support Associate:
Any type of experience in a consumer-facing, customer service, or a client-support role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A desire to gain & enhance leadership skills
