What you'll do;
Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customer with a smile, assisting with their needs, and ensuring they have a positive experience.
Helping customers find the right sheet metal ductwork and Hvac products for their needs and answering their questions.
Demonstrating a strong understanding of Hvac systems.
Knowledge as an Hvac estimator is an asset.
Experience in retail shop for sheet metal and Hvac stores is an asset.
Closing sales, handling transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Building rapport with the customer and providing ongoing support.
Maintain accurate Inventory records, ensuring stocks appropriately.
Ensuring the shop is clean, organized and appealing to the customers.
Handling cash and credit card payments and providing accurate receipts.
Coordinate with the warehouse and sales team to ensure seamless operations.
Adhering the safety guidelines and practice in the workplace.
Required Skills;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively present products, handle objections and close sales.
Familiarity in Ductwork and Hvac systems, components and accessories.
Ability to track inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure both products availability.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing.
