Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
Close the shop following proper procedures
Requirements:
Availability for evening and late-night shifts, especially on weekends
Flexible schedule
Able to commute easily or live nearby
Prior café or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
Knowledge of food handling and preparation guidelines is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
