Job Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide efficient and friendly customer service.

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding customer inquiries, requests, or concerns.

  • Input customers’ orders into internal system.

  • Find solutions to customer issues and requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Following processes and working as part of a team to ensure smooth operation throughout the day.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service / office administration.

  • Software proficiency in MS Office software (mainly Excel), Gmail, and Google Sheets, with adaptability to learn new applications.

  • Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills.

  • High sense of initiative and ability to prioritize and multi-task.

  • Team-player with a personable and friendly personality.

  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
