Job Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and provide efficient and friendly customer service.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding customer inquiries, requests, or concerns.
Input customers’ orders into internal system.
Find solutions to customer issues and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Following processes and working as part of a team to ensure smooth operation throughout the day.
Qualifications
Post-secondary degree/diploma
1-2 years of experience in customer service / office administration.
Software proficiency in MS Office software (mainly Excel), Gmail, and Google Sheets, with adaptability to learn new applications.
Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills.
High sense of initiative and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Team-player with a personable and friendly personality.
Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
