What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, and landscaping sectors

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, municipalities, and developers

  • Educate clients on our retaining wall solutions and provide technical product support

  • Create product documentation and marketing collateral

  • Track upcoming projects through bid sites and other sources

  • Respond to incoming inquiries, prepare estimates, and issue quotes

  • Assist in coordinating deliveries, issuing invoices, and processing orders

  • Provide input for product development based on client feedback and industry trends

  • Visit job sites and clients

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in construction, precast, or building materials sales

  • Strong understanding of the construction process, including site work and engineered products

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Nice to Have

  • Engineering or technical background (C.E.T. or P.Eng. an asset)

  • Experience working with civil engineers, site supervisors, and municipal contacts

  • Familiarity with concrete, precast, or retaining wall systems
