What You’ll Do:
- Build
and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding individual
needs and recommending appropriate products and services
- Generate
leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects
- Provide
timely, accurate, and friendly service to clients on matters such as
policy changes, eligibility, claims, coverage details, and billing
- Work
closely with the agent to set and achieve sales and marketing goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous
sales experience (retail, inside or outside sales, telemarketing, etc.) is
an asset
- A
proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets is preferred
- Strong
interpersonal and communication skills — written, verbal, and listening
- A
proactive, solution-focused mindset and a genuine passion for customer
service
- Ability
to manage multiple priorities with ease and professionalism
- Confident
in presenting to individuals or groups
- Property & Casualty license is preferred but not required for interview (must be willing to obtain if hired)
