Key Responsibilities
- Welcome
and assist clients visiting the showroom
- Communicate
with customers and guide them through kitchen renovation options
- Support
sales activities and follow up with leads
- Create
and participate in marketing and social media content (YouTube, Instagram,
etc.)
- Assist
with kitchen drawings using Mozaik software
- Prepare
quotations, invoices, and handle customer payments
- Maintain
a clean and professional showroom presentation
- Coordinate
with the team to support ongoing projects and customer needs
Requirements
- Previous
marketing or sales experience preferred
- Excellent
communication and customer service skills
- Strong
spoken and written English
- Ability
to speak Hindi; Tamil is a plus
- Comfortable
and confident on camera for social media content
- Organized,
professional, and detail-oriented
- Basic
computer skills; willingness to learn new software
- Experience
with Mozaik software is an asset (training can be provided)
- Experience in kitchen design, interiors, or renovation industry is a plus
