Duties & Responsibilities:
- Exemplify

- Work
co-operatively with charity members and co-workers.
- Obtain
and maintain an AGCO License.
- Operate
with cash float and paper inventory.
- Balance
cash float and paper inventory at the end of the shift.
- Maneuver
around the playing area selling bingo products.
- Work
from and operate a POS sales system.
- Alert
and ready to assist with running to for declared bingos.
- Assist
to ensure bingo callers are aware of declared bingos.
- Assist
to call back declared bingo in a clear, loud, and audible tone.
- Assist
in paying verified winner correct prize amount.
- Assist
in maintaining the playing area (tables, chairs, floors) by keeping the
area clean and free of clutter.
- Understand
all of the Delta Bingo & Gaming programs and promotions.
- Respond
to customer inquiries regarding bingo programs, Red 7, promotions, and any
other product or service offered at the Gaming Centre.
- Assist
to bundle paper and pocket slots.
- Immediately
refer customer concerns to the session manager.
- Immediately
report potential safety hazards to the session manager.
- Undertake
other tasks and housekeeping duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Comply
with Delta Bingo & Gaming dress code.
- Behave
in a professional manner (e.g. Refrain from the use of foul language).
- Must
be able to work scheduled shifts.
- Demonstrate
teamwork attitude through such things as willingness to cover shifts.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Courteous
and approachable demeanor
- Ability
to work afternoons, evenings and weekends
- Previous
experience in hospitality or a gaming facility preferred.
- Must be willing to obtain a license with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) which includes a background check.
