Duties
- Assisting
with property maintenance and repairs
- Painting
and basic patching
- Demolition
and cleanup
- Grass
cutting and general outdoor maintenance
- Carrying
materials and tools
- Keeping
job sites clean and organized
- Supporting
the lead as required
Requirements
- Valid
driver’s license (required)
- Physically
fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable
with physical labour (lifting, bending, standing, outdoor work)
- Reliable,
punctual, and willing to learn
- Experience is an asset but not required
