Responsibilities:
- Provide
administrative support in preparing and managing real estate contracts and
related documents
- Assistance
with broker loading listings
- Assistance
with marketing around listings including coordinating brochures, social
media
- Assist
with marketing tasks, social media support, content creation, website
management and creating brochures, flyers or online ads or events
- Event
co-ordinator - organize and manage home shows, first time buyer seminars
or other in house seminars
- General
office support including answering phones, scheduling, and managing office
supplies
- Assistance
with mail outs with Canada Post ( Precision Targeter )
- Newsletter
Creation
- Past
Client Engagement incl. Regular email mails, mailings and texts
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous
administrative experience in a real estate office.
- Proficiency
using Canva for marketing and promotional materials
- Assistance
editing footage
- Assistance
with social media
- Openess
to leaning new platforms that may enhance the real estate experience or
office proficiency
- Experience
with CRM software is considered a strong asset
- Experience
using REALM (Toronto Regional Real Estate Board platform) is an asset
- Ability
to drive processes forward and prioritize daily tasks efficiently
- Strong
organizational and multitasking skill
- A
proactive, self-starting individual who can work independently with
minimal supervision
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
- Must
posess strong common sense & problem solving skills
- A Positive Attitude with a willingness to grow
