Responsibilities:
- 8
weeks of paid ($1000 per week), in class and on the field training
starts on the March 9th 2026. Please note that you have to be
available to come to Laval for the first 4 weeks of training. We
will provide and pay for the traveling expenses, lodging and
accommodations during your stay in Laval. Afterwards, when 8 weeks of
training is over, NO base salary, purely commission-based job with
uncapped earning potential.
- As
a guide, our Outside SALES Representatives make between $80K- 140K
annually
- No
worries about prospecting! LEADS!!!! Confirmed pre-set pre-qualify quality
appointments every day. Our in-house professional appointment center will
schedule your sales appointments so you can present the right solution
that suits the customers' needs during home visits

Requirements :
- The
position of Outside SALES Representative relies on a strong and proven
business to consumer (B2C) experience
- Excellent
communication and presentation skills
- Valid
driver's license and reliable transportation
- Disciplined
and motivated
- Good
listening skills
- Ability
to actively follow up
- Likes
to consult and help people
- Good
knowledge of computer programs
- 100%
ready to learn and use our exclusive sales program

Education:
- AEC
/ DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- B2C
outside sales: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
