Customer Service Advisor

What You’ll Do
- Open
and manage RV service and repair work orders
- Prepare
estimates and service quotes
- Schedule
service appointments and manage a central service calendar
- Track
and monitor service progress from start to finish
- Communicate
clearly with customers and service technicians
- Order
parts as required for service jobs
- Process
customer payments
- Maintain
accurate service records and documentation
- Work
collaboratively with the service team while also being comfortable working
independently
- Learn
and grow with a supportive, hands-on team
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1
year of related experience (service writer or customer service
preferred)
- Strong
computer and organizational skills
- Excellent
communication and customer service abilities
- Team-oriented,
reliable, and detail-focused
- Willingness
to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- RV or recreational vehicle experience is a strong asset, but not required
