Responsibilities
- Input
and update data into company databases and ERP systems with high accuracy
- Manage
order entry processes efficiently, ensuring timely processing of
information
- Perform
data collection, transcription, and filing tasks to maintain organized
records
- Utilize
Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, for data analysis and reporting
purposes
- Maintain
data integrity by verifying information and correcting discrepancies
- Support
office operations through clerical tasks such as filing, organizing
documents, and assisting with administrative duties
- Assist
with basic math calculations related to data processing and record keeping
- Ensure
all data entry activities comply with company standards and
confidentiality policies
Skills
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Office applications
- Experience
working with databases and ERP systems is preferred
- Strong
typing skills with high accuracy and speed
- Excellent
organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic
math skills for data verification and analysis
- Previous
clerical or office experience is advantageous
- Familiarity
with data collection, order entry, and transcription processes
- Strong
attention to detail to ensure error-free data management
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively within teams and across departments
