Responsibilities
- Process
and prepare weekly payments as directed
- Match
supplier invoices and statements against P21 (Epicor Prophet 21)
- Scan
and maintain digital records of all invoices, packing slips, and payment
documentation
- Review
monthly supplier statements and reconcile them to the AP sub-ledger
- Ensure
all invoices are captured and recorded accurately (no missing or duplicate
invoices)
- Reconcile
AP sub-ledger balances by supplier on a monthly basis
- Follow
up on outstanding credit notes, returns (RMAs), and billing discrepancies
- Assist with month-end AP close activities as required
