Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Act
as a primary point of contact for customers, clients, and internal
personnel
- Answer
and manage a multi-line phone system, including transferring calls and
taking messages
- Process
invoices, accept payments, and maintain accurate records
- Communicate
professionally with customers and clients via phone, email, and in person
- Book
rental cars, hotel accommodations, and other travel-related arrangements
- Relay
operational and time-sensitive information to ramp personnel and flight
operations staff
- Perform
flight following and flight tracking to monitor aircraft movements
- Monitor
and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain
accurate documentation related to customer interactions and operational
activities
- Assist
with general administrative and operational tasks as required
Qualifications & Skills
- High
school diploma or equivalent
- Previous
customer service or administrative experience
- Aviation
or transportation industry experience considered an asset
- Strong
verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent
attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong
problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable
using multi-line phone systems, email, and computer-based systems
- Strong
organizational and time-management skills
- Ability
to manage multiple priorities in a structured work environment
- Professional demeanor and commitment to customer service
