Responsibilities
- Assist
with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment on-site
- Support
team members in construction, maintenance, or landscaping tasks as needed
- Maintain
a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow
safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
- Operate
basic tools and machinery under supervision
- Help
with site preparation and cleanup activities during project phases
- Report
any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Ability
to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and
standing for extended periods
- Strong
work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Good
communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Prior
experience in construction, landscaping, or manual labor is advantageous
but not mandatory
- Reliable
transportation and punctuality are essential
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors
