Responsibilities
- Manage

- Track

- Train,
support, and hold sales reps accountable
- Assist
with scheduling, workflow organization, and internal processes

develop sales scripts, onboarding systems, and leadership structure
- Act
as a bridge between ownership, sales, and field teams
Requirements
- Experience
in sales management, operations, or CRM administration preferred
- Strong
leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

using CRM software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
