Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (client data, follow-ups, pipelines)
  • Track sales performance, KPIs, and team productivity
  • Train, support, and hold sales reps accountable

  • Help develop sales scripts, onboarding systems, and leadership structure
  • Act as a bridge between ownership, sales, and field teams

Requirements
