What You Will Be Doing

This is an existing vacancy for a Strategic Account Manager who will act as a trusted growth advisor to our customers. In this role, you will build and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers, helping clients strategically expand their use of the 360insights platform and services. Your focus will be on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth by maximizing the value our solutions deliver.

The ideal candidate will bring experience as a Strategic Account Manager or Enterprise Customer Success Manager within a large SaaS organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and actively drive growth across a portfolio of strategic accounts.

  • Identify new opportunities for clients to adopt and optimize the 360insights platform to increase business impact and return on investment.

  • Lead the strategic account planning process, defining shared objectives, financial targets, and success milestones, with quarterly and annual business reviews.

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with executive stakeholders and key decision-makers.

  • Proactively assess, validate, and address evolving customer needs and growth objectives.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, Operations, and Sales to align solutions with client priorities and exceed performance expectations.

  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s strategic challenges and position the 360insights platform as a critical driver of business outcomes.

  • Drive account expansion, ensure retention, and monitor overall customer health and satisfaction.

  • Consistently achieve commercial and strategic objectives within assigned accounts.


What You Will Bring
  • Experience as a Strategic Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Executive within a SaaS environment (enterprise marketing technology, CRM, ERP, or similar platforms).

  • A proven track record of managing and growing complex, strategic enterprise accounts with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage senior executives.

  • Demonstrated success developing executive champions and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

  • Experience working with global enterprise clients across multiple regions and teams, ideally within consumer-focused manufacturing sectors such as automotive, appliances, healthcare, or electronics.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent analytical and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • Solid business acumen combined with technical aptitude.

  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
