Responsibilities:
Inventory & Warehouse Management:
- Accurately
stock, label, and organize all warehouse items for easy access.
- Conduct
regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory audits.
- Maintain
a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety
protocols (including chemical handling and storage).
Order Fulfillment & Shipping:
- Stage
and prepare all equipment and materials required for the day's scheduled
service jobs.
- Manage
outbound shipments of parts, supplies, or customer orders.
Documentation & Coordination:
- Prepare
packing slips, shipping labels, and receiving documentation.
- Communicate
effectively with field technicians, dispatchers, and management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work
efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
