Automotive Sales Representative

Responsibilities
- Engage
with potential customers through outside sales efforts and B2B sales
channels to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Conduct
product presentations and demonstrations to showcase vehicle features and
benefits.
- Negotiate
terms, prices, and financing options to close sales effectively while
ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage
and nurture the sales pipeline from initial contact to final sale,
ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
- Support
dealership marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain
existing ones.
- Upsell
additional products or services such as warranties, insurance, or
accessories to maximize dealership revenue.
- Maintain
detailed records of customer interactions, preferences, and sales
activities using organizational tools.
- Provide
exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or
in person, utilizing strong phone etiquette.
- Collaborate
with the sales management team to meet or exceed sales targets and improve
overall dealership performance.
Requirements
- Proven
experience in retail sales, dealership sales, or high-end automotive sales
is preferred.
- Strong
organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts
simultaneously.
- Excellent
communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is
highly desirable.
- Demonstrated
ability in negotiation, upselling, and closing deals effectively.
- Experience
with B2B sales strategies and developing a robust sales pipeline.
- Knowledge
of marketing principles relevant to automotive retail environments.
- Strong
math skills for calculating financing options and payment plans
accurately.
- Exceptional
customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.
