GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work
with our category managers to secure required product for the Commercial
Solutions team in a timely manner.
- Receive
product, track inventory and build production in our software system
Phoenix.
- Ability
to provide quoting, estimates and invoicing for our guests.
- Purchase
order creation and tracking.
- Coordinate
credit applications with our accounting department on opening of accounts.
- Some
accounts payable and accounts receivables understanding.
- Working
with all Garden Centres on transfers of product to Commercial Solutions
i.e. checking for and securing stock, communication with Garden Centres as
well as doing transfers of product.
- Exhibit
an enthusiastic, helpful, and positive sales-oriented attitude towards all
Commercial Solutions projects, ensuring a high level of service.
- Assist
with other duties and projects as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must
have completed high school and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Existing
product knowledge or ability to learn.
- Passion
for the industry, sales, and guest service.
- Ability
to problem solve and make decisions.
- Effective
time management, with the ability to adapt and prioritize multiple tasks
and situations.
- You
do not shy away from conflict and have courage to resolve problems and
trouble shoot guest complaints.
- Punctual and dependable, and highly value honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
