As a Retail Sales Associate, you are the heart of the customer experience. You greet, assist, and guide customers through their shopping journey, offering friendly service, product knowledge, and support across multiple departments. Whether you're helping someone pick the right tech accessory, choosing health products, or navigating our home, beauty, or photo departments — you make every interaction count.

This is a role for someone who enjoys people, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service in a welcoming, professional manner

• Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and general inquiries

• Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and ensure a clean, organized sales floor

• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems

• Learn and stay informed about products across multiple departments

• Participate in merchandising, pricing, and inventory tasks

• Work collaboratively with team members to support store operations

• Uphold all company policies, safety procedures, and loss-prevention standards

What You Bring

• Previous retail or customer service experience an asset

• A genuine desire to help customers and create positive experiences

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment

• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude

• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
