Position Overview
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls, inquiries, and service requests with professionalism and care. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, troubleshooting basic issues, and assisting with orders and product support.
Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner.

Provide product and service information to customers.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer issues or escalate to the appropriate department.

Record and update customer information accurately in company systems.

Process orders, returns, and service requests as required.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about company promotions.

Qualifications

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.

Experience: No prior experience necessary – full training will be provided.
