As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving adoption of SureSmile technology across general dental and orthodontic practices. This role combines consultative selling, clinical partnership, and business development to accelerate growth within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development

Identify, engage, and secure new SureSmile customers, focusing on general dentists and orthodontists.

Leverage market intelligence and strategic outreach to grow brand presence and revenue within the territory.
Case Growth & Practice Support

Increase case submissions through consultative sales, clinical support, and implementation strategies.

Conduct in-office training, product demos, and digital impression scans to optimize product utilization.
Customer Engagement & Education
-
Build long-term relationships through regular practice visits, follow-ups, and ongoing education.

Deliver engaging presentations and workshops that position SureSmile as the trusted choice for advanced aligner therapy.
Territory & Pipeline Management

Prioritize key accounts, plan efficient travel routes, and manage all aspects of the sales cycle.

Maintain accurate reporting in CRM and ensure consistent pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
Collaboration & Teamwork

Partner with Clinical Implementation Specialists, marketing, and broader sales teams to execute territory growth plans.

Provide market feedback and insights to support continuous improvement of sales and marketing strategies.
Professional Development & Compliance

Stay current with clinical research, competitor trends, and emerging technologies.

Maintain full compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Performance Targets

Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Qualifications, Skills & Capabilities

5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare, dental, or medical technology.

Demonstrated success in prospecting, closing new accounts, and growing market share.

Strong consultative, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Teams, Adobe Connect, and digital imaging platforms.

Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proven ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

High degree of professionalism, integrity, and business acumen.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 30% (within Canada and U.S. for meetings or conferences).

Must reside within the assigned territory (Eastern/Northern Ontario – primarily East GTA).
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).

Dental, orthodontic, or medical device sales background strongly preferred.
