KEY QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
University degree or College diploma in related field
Two years related work experience in a hospital foundation or other non-profit organization preferred
Experience working with Raiser’s Edge an asset
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, digital design tools, social, email and web platform experience.
Demonstrated passion for mental health specifically and healthcare fundraising in general
Critical thinker with acute attention to detail and proven project and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excited to thrive as part of a small, collaborative and high performing team
Motivated learner who welcomes feedback and strives for excellence
Ability to work with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality with regard to donor and governance related matters
Knowledge of/residence in Durham Region is an asset
