In this role, you will:
write and prepare emails, meeting notes, and other documents
manage calendars and schedule meetings for two managers
sort and track mail and approvals
keep a list of tasks and deadlines to help the teams stay on top of things
answer emails and questions from staff and others
track staff attendance each month

Administrative skills
You can:
follow procedures to complete tasks like processing forms, tracking approvals, and updating records
prepare and review documents with accuracy and attention to detail
use basic math to check numbers, track attendance, and review invoices
Organization and time management
You can:
manage competing deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
plan your work and follow through on tasks
manage calendars and schedule meetings based on availability and priorities
Communication and judgment
You can:
write clearly and professionally, and speak respectfully with others
respond to questions and share information appropriately
use good judgment to decide what to share, who to involve, and when to follow up
Problem-solving and initiative
You can:
identify issues and take steps to resolve them, like troubleshooting equipment or following up on delays
ask questions, find missing information, and connect with others to move work forward
take action without being asked when you see something that needs doing
Computer skills
You can:
use standard office software programs (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
use digital filing systems and shared folders to organize and access documents
use enterprise systems for tasks such as finance, attendance tracking, and electronic approvals/workflows
learn new systems and tools
