Responsibilities & Duties
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience - greet clients in person and over the phone with warmth and professionalism
- Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and daily administrative tasks
- Coordinate office procedures and resources to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Assist physiotherapists with treatment as required
- Handle laundry duties and disinfect high-contact areas to maintain a clean, safe environment
- Support clinic marketing efforts including social media, Google reviews, and patient engagement initiatives
- Actively contribute ideas to improve patient experience and clinic performance
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in a same type of clinical/rehab setting is must
- Experience with EHC/WSIB/MVA billings is required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); EMR/CRM experience an asset
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Self-starter with a solid work ethic, motivated by goals, and adaptable to wearing multiple hats
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
