What You’ll Do
- Welcome
every customer, identify needs, and match them with the right products and
services
- Take
ownership of branch sales targets—your effort directly drives your bonus
- Explain
our lending, insurance, and payment products so customers can make smart
decisions
- Process
loans, payments, and transactions with speed and accuracy (cash handling
required)
- Proactively
follow up with customers about renewals, missed payments, or new offers
- Support
collections efforts with professionalism and persistence
- Ensure
every customer leaves satisfied—and every dollar is accounted for
- Contribute
to daily store operations, appearance, and team results
What We’re Looking For
- High
school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Retail
sales, customer service, or cash handling experience is an asset—but not a
dealbreaker
- Competitive,
goal-driven, and not afraid to ask for the business
- Strong
communicator—you’re comfortable starting a conversation (and closing it)
- Reliable,
organized, and not fazed by busy days or new challenges
- Willing to support nearby locations as needed (flexibility = more opportunity)
