Responsibilities
- Prepare
and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate
the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, for processing
customer orders and payments.
- Maintain
cleanliness and organization of the service counter and kitchen area,
adhering to sanitation guidelines.
- Provide
exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing
their needs promptly.
- Handle
cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are
followed.
- Assist
in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Follow
food safety protocols during food preparation and handling to ensure a
safe dining experience.
- Collaborate
with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Prepare
and serve milkshakes, bubble teas, waffles, sundaes, and other dessert bar
menu items according to brand standards.
Skills
- Proficient
in food preparation techniques with a strong understanding of food safety
regulations.
- Experience
with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred but not required.
- Excellent
time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy
environment.
- Strong
customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with
patrons.
- Previous
experience in the food service industry or restaurant setting is
advantageous.
- Basic
math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge
of sanitation practices related to food handling and kitchen operations.
- Ability
to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a positive
