Duties
- Assist
with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform
general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Follow
safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Operate
hand tools and power tools as needed for specific tasks.
- Collaborate
with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Report
any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Participate
in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Requirements
- Ability
to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding
tasks.
- Strong
communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Previous
experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not
required.
- Willingness
to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.
- A
commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
