Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving
- Receive
inbound deliveries, verify packing slips, and check product quantities and
conditions.
- Prepare
outbound shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and staging orders.
- Ensure
shipping documentation is accurate and complete.
- Coordinate
with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.
Inventory Control
- Assist
with cycle counts and regular inventory audits.
- Track
and record stock movements in the inventory management system.
- Identify
and report inventory discrepancies (shortages, overages, or damages).
- Support
efforts to minimize stockouts and maintain accurate stock
levels.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous
warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience an asset (not
required; training provided).
- Strong
attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic
computer skills (MS Office, inventory systems preferred).
- Ability
to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.
- Good
communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible
