Key Responsibilities
- Greet
and welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Handle
guest check-in and check-out efficiently using resort systems.
- Answer
phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries regarding bookings, resort
services, and local attractions.
- Provide
accurate information about resort facilities, amenities, and policies.
- Assist
with guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Process
payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate
with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest
needs are met.
- Maintain
a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous
customer service or hospitality experience is an asset (front desk, hotel,
resort, or related).
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
- Basic
computer skills; experience with reservation software is a plus.
- Flexible
to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High
school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality training or
certification is an advantage.
