Requirements
- No experience is required.
- Our ideal admin person is someone who has a flexible schedule, someone who can work a moderate number of hours as a set schedule, and someone who can occasionally fill in when others need time off.
- As the face of the clinic when patients walk through the door, it is important that you have excellent interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor. Along with making our patients feel welcome, you’ll also be responsible for managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and doing basic cleaning around the clinic such as laundry and dusting.
- Direct experience is not required, but what is preferred is a good attitude towards work and a good ability to multitask during stressful situations. The starting pay is $18 per hour, with regular incentives as well as pay increases as job performance improves.
