Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.

  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Maintain organized filing systems for patient records and office documents.

  • Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls, ensuring professional phone etiquette.

  • Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.

  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.

  • Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a clerk or administrative assistant, preferably in a medical office setting.

  • Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills.

  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
