Duties
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain organized filing systems for patient records and office documents.
Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls, ensuring professional phone etiquette.
Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a clerk or administrative assistant, preferably in a medical office setting.
Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills.
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
